Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (USA)

We offer two shipping options for customers in the United States:

  1. Express Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $20
  2. Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $10

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Time zone: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the specified times, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or carrier delays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International Shipping Update

Expect international orders within 10-21 days but delays are possible due to global shipping conditions. Your understanding is appreciated.

Import Taxes and Duties obligations, including Customs Fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.


The costs of shipping are either included in your purchase at checkout or free depending on the item purchased and any promotions selected at time of purchase. This store reserves the right to improve shipping speeds at its own discretion.

Our customers are responsible for the cost to return, reroute or resend lost packages if incorrect or insufficient shipping address information is provided at time of order. These customer costs may include the value of the order plus shipping.

Shipping speeds selected at time of order represent the "transit time" starting once your package is picked up by the carrier.

Our store cannot be responsible for the safety of your package(s) once it has been delivered to the address provided.

Please allow 2-3 business days for in-stock items to be processed for shipping. Special orders including Customized handicrafts may require additional order processing time due to high order volumes.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Even if your return and refund request does not meet our policy as described above, please do not hesitate to contact us to submit an inquiry.

Returns

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. 

- If your package has not been opened and you wish to receive a refund within 30 days - we will issue you a return label at no charge.

- If you receive a damaged package during transportation, please contact your local post office and delivery person. To avoid your loss, please purchase insurance for your package. (Our store cannot be responsible for the safety of your package(s) once it has been delivered to the address provided.)

Note: Most of handmade products are not returnable.
